Our pup loves the naked dog rabbit and we have been purchasing 30 tubs a month for the past 6 months. We have had delivery issues but nothing major until the latest issue which has, unfortunately, led us to use a different product from a different supplier. Most every time the delivery driver just leaves the box on the front step and does not wait for us to get to the door but the box is usually sufficiently insulated for it not to be too much of a problem. This time the box was left on the front step for many hours in the blazing sun as we didn't realise it had been delivered - what made it worse was that there was no insulation in the box (it is usually insulated) and just two small ice bags that were completely empty so achieving nothing and the entire top layer of food was thawed and no use to us. The whole issue was made ten times worse as I have received absolutely no response to the two emails that I sent (02/05 & 12/05). I can deal with the odd delivery issue but lack of response when I have made a genuine request for acknowledgement and resolution has been totally ignored. Our pup is too important for us not to have confidence in his food supply so we have had to move suppliers. Very, Very disappointed.
