NAKEDDOG.CO.UK TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Natural Dog Food Direct, trading as NakedDog (hereinafter "NakedDog", "we", "us", "our") a company registered in England, Company Number: 10856002. Registered Office at Natural Dog Food Direct, Grove Lane, Elmswell, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP30 9HN. 

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the NakedDog website and/or placing an order, you are accepting the terms and conditions set out below. Our Terms and Conditions are subject to and governed by English law. Your use of our website binds you to the jurisdiction of the English courts. Your statutory rights are not affected by this.

PRICING

All our pricing is shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and where applicable, includes VAT at the current rate of 20%.

CONTRACT

Any contract made by the customer with NakedDog in respect of the purchase of products shown on our website, will only deem to be in effect once the order has been accepted, processed, and dispatched. This does not in any way affect the customer’s statutory rights.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUND

NakedDog reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders without prior notification. Should any such order be cancelled or refused, and if monies have been received, a full refund will be given within 14 days. You, as the customer, also have a period of 24 hours, prior to dispatch, in which to cancel the order for any reason. If you cancel the order within this time frame, any payments made by you to NakedDog will be refunded in full, within 14 days.

AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

The availability and pricing of items shown on our website are subject to change without notice. The customer will be charged at the price shown on our website at the time of purchase. We offer free delivery on orders over 5 kg, and we reserve the right to replace out of stock items with those of a similar cost or type.

DELIVERY

We use DPD as our courier company. While we aim to deliver your order within the time frame shown on our website, there may occasionally be circumstances when the delivery of orders are delayed. If we become aware of any such late delivery, we will do our utmost to notify you of the delay.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

Once your order has been accepted by us, you ‘the customer’ will have a period of 24 hours, prior to dispatch, in which (for any reason) to cancel the order. If you cancel the order within this time frame then any payments made by you to NakedDog will be refunded in full, within 14 days of your payment being made to us.

REFUND(S)

NakedDog has a policy to replace your order should our products arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, or, if for any reason, you are not entirely happy with what you have received.

PAYMENT

Payment for goods is accepted, online, by Credit or Debit cards. NakedDog operates a secure environment for all card payments. Pounds Sterling (£) is the only currency that we accept, for payment of goods. Credit/Debit card details are not stored in any of our systems, neither do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
