We offer FREE frozen delivery on all online orders across most of the UK.

Our frozen food is delivered by DPD, with deliveries available Monday to Saturday.

Place your order before 12pm for the next available dispatch.*

We deliver to most UK mainland addresses.

Some remote postcodes may require an additional working day for delivery. If you're unsure whether your postcode is affected, please contact our team before placing your order.

To ensure your frozen food travels in the best possible condition, we have a minimum online order of 5kg.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive your DPD tracking details by email and text, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way. For the best tracking experience, we recommend downloading the DPD App. 

On the day of delivery, DPD will provide you with a delivery time window, making it easy to know when to expect your order.
