The food itself seems excellent, the right mix of nutrients. However I am really concerned about the packaging it comes in. A number of tubs were cracked and pieces of hard sharp edged plastic was both out and inside individual tubs. I have found a number of slithers and larger pieces in the actual food. I am now having to check through the actual food to remove these. If this continues I will need to source alternatives as I am not risking my dogs being hurt by eating these pieces.

We regularly order the variety boxes and they are great, my only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that my specified delivery day was missed and I didn't know until I called to enquire about the order. I did receive a part refund, but was disappointed that I hadn't been notified about the delay as it meant I had to arrange to be home for 2 days. Other than that all good :)
Our Labradors love their NakedDog meals. Always delivered on time and the staff at NakedDog are so helpful if I need to bring a delivery forward or push it back.
